Margaret has a wide range of experience in all matters relating to conveyancing, estate planning, will drafting and the administration of estates. She has particular experience in all applications before the Land Registry relating to adverse possession, or applications relating to rights of way.

Her conveyancing practice also consists of a broad mix of residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant, commercial tenancies and once off bespoke advice.
In relation to her estate practice, she has advised on a range of complex estate cases, dealing with historic applications, second grants and grants in Ireland based on foreign elements.
